Nutrition and Local Food Campaign, Winter 2012

• To call attention to specific trends in the food industry that pose potential harm (GMOs, commercial farming, pesticide overuse, processing)

• To create awareness concerning processed food and the potential health implications of consumption

• To highlight the benefits of consuming organic and local foods in local economies and personal health

• To encourage Food Service administration to consider the concerns of the Drexel Sierra Club in future decision
